dr. clarkia tincture or parasite cleanse?

Hi - I read Lillian's recommendation for dr.clarkia tincture for parasite cleanse, and I've already put in an order for it. But, what I'd like to know is, is that the same as the other parasite cleanses I always read about on this site? They seem a lot more "harsh", while this just involves taking the tincture (which,of course, is nicer) - so I was wondering which is best. I'd prefer the tincture, especially for my kids.
