Re: Colloidal Silver
Sorry Donna, but calling someone's thinking "dumb" is a little harsh. Being discriminating before diving in a paying $100/gallon for CS and not knowing whether it will help or harm you is rather smart in my opinion!
And, as a business person for 15 years, I can tell you that nobody is going to post their failures on their website. That's why you only see "success stories" and never "company failures" on websites.
So, to Les: I would consider all the alternatives.
My comments about Russ' plan is that he does not give you ALL the information up front, only a little at a time, which makes you constantly need his assistance, as a result, you come to depend on his recommendations...hence, buy all his products. I'm not saying this is right or wrong, just not a model for everyone. Any time there is an exchange in money, it is business. Russ is a business man. That is his background. He may also be a very nice and caring man, but remember, business is business.
Les, I would consider buying the book "The Body Ecology Diet." It is helping a friend of mine incredibly with a *serious* fungus issue, including candida.
If you have serious issues with cravings, try the book "The Diet Cure." You might even want to try both, and use a plan devised from both books, as DC focuses how to deal with those carb/sugar cravings, and BE focuses on how to get rid of the fungus/candida.
While following that plan, if you find that you want to include Colloidal Silver
, then go for it. The link http://cat007.com/silver.htm
is how I would make my own CS. Remember, someone who sells may knock or undermine other products. Their opinion may or may not be correct.
I have slowly gotten myself better from allergies and thyroid problems. It is a *slow* process, and so many times I've gotten sucked into "quick cures" that cost lots of money. Not one of them has worked. You know what has helped me the most. Me! When I trusted my own judgement, and followed things that made sense to me. That's when I saw results. When I've gotten all excited with my wallet wide open, thinking this is the one that is going to help me. I've simply gotten another expensive bottle of this or that to sit on my shelf.
Things that I have done that helped me is diet, fasting/cleansing, liver cleanses, Water Cure
, and a good healthy attitude. There hasn't been a single time that I've spent bunches of money on a product, that that product has made a huge difference. It has been more about what I've removed from my diet ( foods that kill
), life (stress and negativity) that has made the difference.
Also, I often pray or meditate and ask for answers. The answers don't always come instantly, but sometimes I'll just wake up with a "knowing" of what to do. Check out http://www.learningmeditation.com/room.htm
and try "Discover your inner guide" or "Trust your own instincts" They are simple 4 to 5 minute meditations that anyone can do. They are nice to do before bed.
I was becoming a boring person, not to mention a miserable wife. So now, I let myself stop thinking about all this health stuff and just have some fun with my husband! We go biking, hiking, play with the dogs, etc. I also treat myself to massages and sauna time. Whatever brings some pleasure, you must remember to do these things too! This has pretty much saved my marriage.
I hope this information helps you. I realize it doesn't answer the direct question of "is this or that product good or bad." It is not just "this or that" product that is going to get you better. It is YOU that is going to get you better. Your actions and your attitude. Can you beat candida without CS...I'll bet you can. Will CS help you do so...maybe, it will maybe it won't. It will still be up to you. Go inside yourself and ask yourself if this is what you need.
