Easy so far - but no one is eating anything around me, so that helps. I am starting to get a headache (which is just part of it, from what I've read). Have you heard about "ketosis"? Iit is a fat-burning place your body goes to in the absence of sugar. (If you ever heard about that 2-week intro diet for Atkins where you avoid carbs, drinks and all sweets - even fruit - that is what that phase was for.)
So today all I've had was some kind of choco vita shake and I'm rethinking that approach. I do want to maximise fatburn - and this ketosis thing is Science (has nothing to do w/ theory or personal belief.) The only hold-up is how long it might take a person to get into it; from what I've read, 3 "pure" (You know, sans sweets, treats and drinks) days should put one into it.
