Do you put garbage in your car? No, you give it the fuel it needs, gasoline.
Our bodies are the same! We need to feed ourselves proper nutritious whole food. Especially if you expect to be healthy and active. You musn't eat 'crappy' food without an ounce of nutrition.
You have nothing to lose by eating healthy, it certaintly won't hurt you! You might even feel healthier!
As for 'bags' under your eyes, If I were you I'd drink plenty of water, take a zinc/copper supplement, and load up on vit. C with lots of Bioflavinoids. I would also cut out all food with no nutrition and excess sugar.
