Is consuming epsom salts OK for people with mercury fillings?

I follow many of the suggestions made in this Moreless forum, but after identifying mercury from fillings as a potential problem, I started reading some of the amalgam forums here at Curezone. Some posts there caution against consuming high-sulfur foods which redistribute stored mercury in the body, causing further tissue damage.

Many people have mercury fillings, but not all are highly sensitive to mercury. My question is, is it suggested in this forum that everyone should take epsom salts to help with their digestion, or should people who are sensitive to mercury from their fillings perhaps avoid it?

Thanks!
