I have started taking LOADS of water plus several glasses with Apple Cider Vinegar. I also take Magnesium, sulfur containing foods such as broccoli, plain yogurt, lemon water, and D-monnase! They do work wonders. At the beginning you may need to take an Advil for the pain and lay a hot water bottle on your abdomen for comfort.
