If constipation is a problem....
It is imperative with chronic constipation to find the root cause of why this is happening in your particular body. Getting the build-up off the wall of the colon and replenishing your population of beneficial bacteria, usually will get people back on the road to being regular.
You should be eliminating more than you normally do, on a daily basis. If you are not, then we expect you to contact us, as you have, because there are many pointers that we can give to fine tune the cleanse for you, individually. If you only eliminated once every few days, then maybe eliminating once a day is an improvement, in the beginning, for you. It all depends on your situation. The build-up took a long time to get there, so the situation is not un-done overnight.
I, myself, did not start seeing the plaque and visible parasites until the 3rd week. Some people see them right away and some do not see them until the 2nd or 3rd months. Everyone is different. In the beginning you are eliminating the more recent debris, and the more you do the cleanse the more you will begin to see the plaque. This is addressing your small intestine too, so it has a long way to go.
This cleanse is meant to be adjusted to suit each person, individually, because each
person can have a myriad of different issues going on in their, individual body. If it is not working
ideally for you, then it is usually just a matter of getting it adjusted to work for you, individually.
The main way you adjust it is by paying attention to the number of minutes you steep the tea. Each person has a different tolerance to the strength of the tea. Usually people who are regular can steep it from 3 to 5 minutes comfortably. We start you out steeping it for only 2 minutes and then you increase it gradually. You may be someone who would need to keep it at 2 or 3 minutes or you may be someone who needs to steep the tea much longer. Everyone is different. If you have to run to the bathroom, not walk, then that would indicate that you are steeping it too long. Likewise, if you get cramping that lingers after you eliminate, or get diarrhea, that also would mean you are steeping the tea too long and you would need to cut back on the steep time. If you are not getting any of these negative symptoms, then you can keep increasing the steep time of the tea.
Some people can only steep the tea 1 or 2 minutes, while others can steep it for 10 to 20 minutes.
Two questions to ask you right away. Are you following the fiber drink immediately with just 8oz of water?? This is very important. The intestinal cleanser, which you mix with juice and then follow it immediately with an 8 oz. glass of water, becomes like a sponge and attaches to the build-up on the wall of the colon. If you do not follow it with this water, it can get too hard and be a problem, likewise, if you just keep drinking water after it, it may become overly diluted, and won't be able to "become that sponge" as efficiently. The other question is are you boiling the water for the tea on the stove or using a microwave. We have found that the herbs do not come out of the teabag as well when the water is microwaved. The microwaving changes the chemical structure of the water.
Some people actually eliminate more with less fiber, while others eliminate more with more fiber. If you want to take it a second time in the day (one
scoop is usually sufficient), just make sure you are on an empty stomach, usually late afternoon is good, and always follow it with just 8 oz. of water.
You can also use two tablespoons of flaxseed oil once or twice a day. This is a natural stool softner. You can even put it in the fiber drink. This can be found in the refridgerator section of any health food store. Some people have success taking the flaxseed oil with boiled water right before bedtime.
People who are regular when they start the cleanse, are usually comfortable steeping the tea 3 to 5 minutes, while those who have problems with constipation usually can tolerate a much longer steeping time. The steeping time for the tea can be increased as long as you are not getting cramping or diarrhea from it. If neither of these things are happening, you can go up to 10 minutes for the steeping time. Again, you must find the number of minutes that works just right for you. Some people can only steep the Kleri tea for one or two minutes. You may feel just a slight discomfort before you go; then you eliminate, with no lingering cramping. Boil the water on the stove and pour it in on the teabag. The steeping time is the number of minutes you leave the teabag in the water. Please do not use a microwave. If you have steeped the tea up to 10 minutes and nothing is happening, then you can use 2 teabags (ONLY DO THIS FOR 2-3 DAYS AT MOST!) until you have sufficient results.
Are you taking a probiotic?? Many people can do the cleanse without needing a probiotic, while
others really need it. This is why we put the following right underneath where you order the
product on the website. If you no longer have the population of beneficial bacteria that you were
born with, then you may get extra gas and bloating.

The following information is for optimum results while on your cleanse.
If you have never completed a Colon Cleanse before, and you are eating the Standard American Diet, a general recommendation is to complete a 2-3 month cleanse initially, followed by a one month maintenance cleanse on a yearly basis after that.
After the first month on the Colonix Program, you take a 5 day break from the tea and capsules, but you continue taking the colon fiber powder drink. If there are any parasite eggs or larvae, they will hatch at that time, and then you follow up with a 2nd and even 3rd month cleanse, if necessary, to make sure you eliminate the parasite eggs or larvae too.
How do you determine how long to stay on the cleanse_
The best indicator is how you are feeling. Many of our customers report increased energy, increased bowel function and regularity, some weight loss, less bloating, improved digestion, clearer thinking, and parasites gone, etc. So these would be the signs to look for, to determine when your cleanse is complete.
The Colonix Program normally does not produce any uncomfortable side effects. Most people don't experience any unpleasant cleansing symptoms whatsoever. There are, however, certain things that might occur in some people while their bodies are trying to expel toxins and/or parasites. Some of these include fatigue, headaches, bloating, cramping, skin irritation or redness, etc. Unfortunately, the more toxic one's body is, the more uncomfortable the cleansing might be. Rest assured that these symptoms don't last for more than a couple of days, and usually once they pass, the person feels better than ever. The Colonix Program does not have any serious side effects.
Any medications, supplements (including probiotics), vitamins, etc., that you are currently taking, you can continue to take while on this cleanse. Just take them several hours after the colon fiber drink, or later on in the day, for best absorption.
For optimum results, increase natural vegetal fiber with fruits and vegetables, lightly steamed vegetables, stir fries (organic if possible); limit white flour and Sugar products, since these create an overly acidic pH and a damp atmosphere in which parasites and candida thrive; and eliminate any highly processed meats with nitrates in them such as hot dogs, salami, bologna and bacon.

The only requirement on this cleanse is to drink at least 8, 8 oz. glasses of filtered or bottled water daily (not tap water).
Many, many times, the reason someone is not eliminating enough or is having diahrrea is because they do not have a large enough population of the good bacteria. This good bacteria is what you get from the Probiotic. This population has to be built back up gradually over a period of time. They say that each person needs a different amount of this bacteria. If 2 capsules do not help you, you can take 3 or 4.
Probiotics are very important to be taken with the program, and for several months after the program, to replace the friendly bacteria. Many people who come to our website complaining of the symptoms we have listed, may already not have enough of this good bacteria. These bacteria help you digest food and fend off infection. They can get "killed off" by Antibiotics , by having an operation or any trauma to the body, and by having a diet high in white Sugar and white flour products, etc.
When doing the Colonix program and taking the probiotics, the probiotics can be taken in the evening, right before dinner, or sometime before bed. That way, it is closer to the time the body assimilates and it can put it to use more efficiently.
One important thing that a lot of people miss in the directions is, to always follow the fiber drink immediately with 8 oz. of pure water. This is very important, because the fiber uses the water to become like a sponge and then attach to the buildup on the wall of the colon. If you use too much water, it can't do that as efficiently, and likewise, if you don't use enough water, it gets too hard and won't be spongy enough. Then when you take the tea at night, while you're sleeping, the tea is getting ready to push out that spongy material the next day. We have found that boiling the water for the tea on the stove works better than microwaving the water.
By the time you have had the Paranil and the fiber drink and followed with the water, you have had 2 of the 8, 8oz. glasses of water for the day. You should only have 64oz. of water a day, unless you are sweating a lot. You can traumatize the body with too much water. You can also put a couple of tablespoons of flaxseed oil in the fiber drink. This is a natural stool softener and you can get this in any health food store.

Likewise, if you get cramping that lingers after you eliminate, then this also means that you are steeping the tea too long for your body. You should just feel a slight discomfort that lets you know that you need to eliminate and then it subsides until you need to go again.
It is best to mix the fiber drink with 100% juice that is not from concentrate. When juices are from concentrate, extra Sugar is added and juices don't need extra sugar. The more natural a product is, the better it is for your body. If you do not want to use juice, you can just mix it with water. Some people even mix it with rice or almond milk.
