I believe I am seeing improvement. I had not see blood since yesterday morning, I didn't have major BM since yesterday either. This change happens after I changed Vitamin E, not sure if they are related. Here are my meals:
breakfast, 2 boiled egg whites, small steamed veggies.
lunch, steamed salmon with steamed brocolli, squash, cucumber, asparagus, mushroom.
dinner, same combination of steamed veggies, Huaishan (chinese herbal yam) steamed with boiled pork chop, I left the pork chop out, and drink the soup. No ingrediants except salt.
breakfast same combination of steamed veggies with 2 boiled egg white, 1 yolk.
lunch to be, same combination of steamed veggies with canned chicken.
sounds boring, but as long as it works.
I am also taking 2-3 primal probiotics and multi-vitamin, ester C and my priscription drugs.
I should still take whatever the doctor prescribed to me until I feel cured right?
