Um, not quite

I read the question more as can a dog be given treatment similar to the human liver flush discussed extensively elsewhere here at Curezone.

I've never tried, I have no idea on the effects of Epsom Salts on canines or felines and I couldn't find anything definitive enough to convince me it was safe. I would hate to subject a sick animal to the possible pain of having a 'stone' move without having the bile ducts dilated first. If anyone *has* safely and successfully helped an animal with a modified flush, I would be absolutely thrilled to hear about it. I'm just too chicken to try it myself on my "kids," even when my older grayfurred kittie was bright yellow and obviously suffering from hepatic lipidosis.
