I realized that as soon as my body says "I need juice/water/etc", I must immediately try to get juice/water/etc. If I let it sit for even 20 minutes, my brain starts to freak out and think of breaking fast. I now realize that I must listen to my body more and that it will take care of me.
EXACTLY!!!! i have finally learned my lesson that when i sit around grumpy cranky and mad i havent lost enough weight, and ready to eat, it's because i've waited too long between "fuelings." when my body needs some water/juice/tea, i need to give it to myself asap. otherwise i set my self up for failure, for self sabatauge (sp), setting myself up for a binge. we're learning.
