Drinking room temperature water is better IN SOME CASES, than drinking cold water. One reason to drink room temperature water is to aid in digestion, because cold water slows down digestion.

BUT, if it is 100 degrees outside, you should drink cold water to cool yourself down, otherwise you could stroke.

You can live longer on water than food. Water allows us to live for about thirty days(or maybe forty day)s, while food will allow us to live for about a week. lol
