I'm kinda in the same boat, 3rd week of LBB, now doing 5 @ 3x daily. Don't feel
"empty" when I do have a bm. Read the article a couple times, looking for
the "correct way." Other than the amount of water, did not see anything.
Did I miss something?
Given the history I've had with being constipated, knew it would take "extra" amount and time, but thought surely 10 or 12 a day would be enough.
Interesting thought on the brain and fear. How does one overcome fear of something like this?
