Re: --answer--apples and olive oil

Sorry for being late.

To start with the apples: brix 15, clear sharp line and they turn brownnish very quickly.Could a high brix reading with a sharp line indicate that the brix is high because of too much potasium and nitrogen nitrate instead of minerals?

From the same farm I got some pears brix 17 kind of fuzzy but not very much.
They did not turn brownnish, at least not before the time I ate them about 10 minutes later.

My refractometer goes from 1-10 so I tried to dilute the oil but did not succeed.
What about drinking 1 oz and see what it does to my urine PH about 2 hours later and a day after the same with the other olive oil, is that an option?

Greetings,Givati.
