HCL and Black Walnut Tincture?

Hi, I have high blood pressure and I am trying to start the Liver Flush while currently on Colonix. I am interested in doing Dr. Hulda's version. However, I am unsure of what HCL and the Black-Walnut Tincture is and is it necessary since it wa not in the list of ingredients. Where can I get it if these things are needed.
