vegetarian diet-soups, breads, eggs/dairy very limited, rice pasta, tofu, soya and some treats sonce in awhile...cookies, cake, muffins, etc. I eat pretty healthy and avoid the more common trigger foods-chocolate, eggs, dairy, etc. I will try a 80/20 approach so that most of the time I eat raw and 20% of the time eat some cooked foods. Any idea why the pain is alleviated through raw foods? Thanks, Meena
