Oil Pulling is the act of swishing oil around your mouth which acts like a binder for bacteria that is pulled from the blood system. This is via the large blood vessel under your tongue. That is our theory on the Oil Pulling forum.

Once you are done "pulling" all the oil that is spat out is supposed to contain live, developing bacteria. This is according to the Ukrainian research doctor - Karach.

This is also a very old Ayuervedic practice.

All the information on this practice is in foreign languages, namely Russian and Urdu or Hindi. We are new to this is the U.S., and are at the forefront of this movement.

We don't know how long before this live bacteria (if at all) begins to show in our evacuation of the oil. All of us are extremely curious about what we are expelling from our mouths.
