an explanation needed

I persuaded my daughter-in-law to do a Paragone parasite cleanse.....she completed one box and will resume the cleanse on Monday (second box.....she's over 150 lbs.)
The problem is she's now complaining of severe pain down the middle of her back and is also baffled at a discharge. Could someone please say what may be the cause of these developments. She's determined to do a Liver Flush as well, then a MC.
