Dog with itchy skin condition???

My poor dog has acquired some sort of skin condition and it is driving her/us nuts. All she is doing is digging. She has numerous red, scaly areas but her skin in general is red. She does have fleas but not an infestion. I have to search and search to find one. I was thinking of maybe a bath in ACV?? Any ideas? Tweet
