do you drink diet soda? thats a load of sodium, perhaps cut back/off if you do drink it.
our bodies are strange mechanisms. i have done fasts for 5-10 days and the scale shows nothing. a few days later, its shows 10+lbs gone. so long as you physically feel alright, i vote to keep going. we naturally fluctuate 5-10 lbs in a day. weigh yourself at the same time everyday, meditate, have patience.
dont listen to the nay0-sayers, you are not starving. if you have excess weight, your body feeds off that storage while you fast. if you have no excess weight, your body starts to eat at itself(muscles, etc) and THEN you are starving. tho you are taking 1000 cal a day, that is still low enough to lose weight.
