you can do this, kaylen. when negative thoughts lurk in your mind, its a good time to stop and journal, talk a walk, call a friend, get on this forum, ANYTHING.
i have that feeling a lot, the "this isnt going to work" feeling. but i stop and think, what if i had been sticking to this for a month? for 3 months? what if i kept it up when i started 6 months ago? then i think about 6 months from now... its going to be great.
