I use lots of nutritional yeast in my pets food and it encourages the cats to eat dry food, especially if you are switching brands.
If your dog is still too fussy, try a liquid fast for a day or two. Just give your dog chicken or vegetable broth. This allows his body to rest before a change and will encourage his appetite.
