I am having 2BM per day and less red in stool. I changed the way I cook since sunday. I add carret and onion and olive oil to a fry, then add cucumber and squash cubes and mushroom slices, fry for a couple of minutes, then add cooked brown rice for a 1-minute fry and then some chicken broth or simply water to boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes, so the rice is soft. Last night, I boiled some chicken drums and sliced the meat and added it with the veggies to the fry. This seems getting me less gas and my BM feels better. I also eat a cake after lunch yesterday and today. Don't get any negative from my colon. Listen to my colon, I think at least for now, this change improves my condition. I am still on 1 pill entocorte per day. I got pimples on my cheek. I don't see red in stool today yet. I will wait to see tonight. I know I should cut suger and wheat, I added it just want to see if my colon actually loves a bit suger and wheat by any chance. But so far, that's it, nothing else outside the sheldon recipe.
