thank you Kwailo, i have been pretty terrible in checking this site for messages so am only replying now. im on Antibiotics now for lyme (recently diagnosed this aug 2006) and think i will definitely need to do some cleansing when i am done with the treatment so thank you very much for your info. im going to print it out so i have it handy when the time comes!
