I think it's good to do both at the same time, that's what i'm doing. If you're short on cash maybe just take L-Glutamine for now. I can get that stuff for like $10.00. Taking 2g a day of L-Glutamine alone helped me out quite a bit. I also drink a hell of a lot of water, stay away from wheat and do some sort of relaxation thing every day. Stress = bad for your gut.
