Let's not focus on the meat. How about the lacto-fermented food such as yogurt and kefir? How about sauerkraut? I did not make any real, sustainable headway with the candida infection until I started eating this way. The raw goat yogurt is really good for weight gain and gut issues.
Have you tried eating this food Jeff? It is not so easy to come by, but it is worth it to find it.
