Shopping advice, please.

Hi, all. My husband and I have done The Master Cleanse before, but without doing the parasite cleanse. We'll be doing the fast again starting this next week, but I really think we need to do the parasite cleanse this time. I have so many symptoms of parasite infestation AND we have three dogs and a cat.

Thing is, we live in the middle of nowhere, so I have to have an organized shopping list when we make the trip to civilization. We cannot/will not afford to spend a lot for parasite kits. Can anyone give me some advice as to what to pick up at the health food store tomorrow? I know about Wormwood , and I also thought it would be a good idea to chew a clove of garlic every day while on the fast.
