Day 8! Hanging in there ... although the weekend was a bit tough - real hunger kicked in - I could only down about 3 glasses of Master-Cleanse each day. Drinking lots of water & some herbal mint tea. I want to go longer - however on Thurs, day 11 I plan to switch over to a juice fast for about a week. I notice how badly I am craving fresh juice, fruit & veggies.
I too already have low BP & also hypothyroid stuff going on. I miss working out! I can only do yoga/walking. However, I DO NOT want to gain the weight back... have lost 10 lbs so far, my goal is 20.
Hang in there & listen to your body. I know you chose to go 20 days... maybe you could switch to juice?
