Yup, thats the coconut oil. I used to use Tropical traditions, which you cannot get in the stores and it is kinda expensive. Now I use Nutiva and really love it. It's white like shortening but will melt if it gets warm, mine was liquid all summer and has now started hardening again since the temperature has cooled. It's pretty clear as a liquid. I haven't used the coconut oil to oil pull yet. I just started and have only done oil pulling twice. I am using sesame oil right now since I have it around the house and it's cheaper then coconut oil. I plan to switch to coconut oil when I have finished the sesame. Besides the oil pulling I use the coconut oil for just about everything else. To use it for pulling I would probably just put a tbsp of the oil into your mouth. If it is hardened then it will melt very quickly...once it's melted then start pulling and swishing. I always use mine as a moisturizer and once I put it on my skin it melts almost instantly.
