Hang in there! Day 3 is the hardest ... after that it's pretty much smooth sailing.
Each time I do the Master-Cleanse I keep notes on how I feel each day, it helps me stay on track. I had a bit of craving kick in over the weekend on Day 7 ... but I just drank more water & some mint herbal tea.
Keep focusing on the end result, & all the wonderful benefits... you will make it!!!
