here is a great way to do it. get some organic chicken breast. cut it in very very thin strips. put it in a small mason jar, add enough raw unpastuerized apple cider vinegar so all of the chicken is covered. allow that to sit for a good 12 hours or so. the enzymes in the acv break down the meat and pre-digest it. it also helps to kill off unwanted bacteria. cook the meat on low temp for a while, eat. the meat prepared this way is VERY tender, it melts in your mouth, its very easy on the tummy and digestive tract.
just remember to use raw unpastuerized acv, the white vinegar won't work for this.
