I also heard that marinating chicken or fish in lemon juice does the same type of thing.
Can you get fresh fish? This is usually easier to digest. When I first started eating fish, I could only handle salmon, but now I love good white fish too. What about eggs?
yeah, lemon juice sounds good, more alkaline than vinegar too.
fresh fish, well, they sell it at the supermarket ;)... NOT
i do eat fish in actual fact but you know what they say about all the mercury and other badies in it- not recommended to eat too much.
a medical profession guy told me- if you have been eating fish its basically the same as eating meat so you should be fine- well, doesnt seem to work for me..
eggs, yep, eat them too but same thing- how many eggs can one eat.
i do actually crave meat but yeah, the protein doesnt seem to agree- have even been thinking about such things as iron/ vim b shots lately- low hemoglobin etc which, since its been an issue for some time, effects my health by quite a bit.
did you start eating meat again or are you eating fish and eggs?
(i get very hungry and end up eating large amounts of veg but still feel like something is missing)
