Winter is around the corner and thats for me the problem I have, getting cold the last two years more as usual.
From one of your postings I know that fruits( tropical )high in potassium is the cause.Now my problem is that I keep eating lots of fruits during the winter just by lack of good quality vegetables. when I find good quality I eat lots of them.I checked chickory andive letucce they tested all below four with very sharp lines on the refractometer so very rich in N-P-N. I did ask you before about the sodium tablets you mentioned once, but you refrained from giving me an answer.
I do have a serious sodium problem when it gets colder. Any suggestions are welcome.
