I know how you feel thou my confusion was if you had to make the GF & OO (Olive-Oil) mix into the supposed pre measured EP & water! I had to actully count the 4 servings to figure okay only OO (Olive-Oil) & GF thats it!...But the previous post is obvious! GOOD LUCK! I just did my 1st also! was a bit sick! I posted all about it below on "Mist of 1st flush post"
