Wrong!!! If you believe that you are probably on the wrong forum. Most vitamins are mostly made of metals and rocks which are harmful to your body. Your body cannot absorb these substances and they wreak havoc on your organs trying to process them. Your best bet to get your body's required minerals/vitamins through eating live foods, preferably fresh fruit first and, if necessary, fresh vegetables second. These bottled vitamins will accumulate in your organs and joints and cause severe health issues eventually. I say this, because I have experienced this.
