Here's an article you might want to read:

The better choice would be a whole food and/or herbal supplement. Maybe you can search around and find a good one while you are finishing up your current supply of what you have. It is better to get your vitamins and minerals through plants. So, for example, you would get your vitamin C from berries and rosehips, instead of calcium ascorbate or ascorbic acid or whatever. Calcium would come from powdered green juices. Iodine would come from seaweed. Etc. And then they mix them together for your convenience.

I should definitely mention that MH has an herbal formula called "Mrs. Barefoot" that has a broad spectrum of nutrients. Both men and women can take it, by the way. You might want to consider switching to that.

All of these are, of course, to supplement the many nutrients you will get through a nutritious diet.
