I just got your message and thank you for your time. I will try to incorporate some of the things you have mentioned into my plan. So far I must be doing things wrong as my prostate continues to get larger and larger. I have been fighting this now for years and now I am just about ready to submit to surgery to get back to a more "normal life". I will check out your information however.
