Me, too! My friends know, now, that when they have a good cup of roasted coffee, or a slice of chocolate cake, to slide it my way so I can take a big whiff, then slide it on back to them. ;-)
A new member of my women's group witnessed this the other day and said she felt so sorry for me just sniffing all those wonderful things. I told her that smelling completely satisfied me, and it's true! She was dubious, but I understand. It does seems strange. It's just that the smells associated with raw food are so much subtler, sometimes it feels nice to take a big whiff of something pwerful. Then, when that's over, I can munch on my Celery sticks with great pleasure, knowing my body is happy and healthy!
I've added the "Let Prudence smell it" act to my list of friendship requirements. Fortunately, they've all been happy to comply. ;-)
