Congratulations!!! It is encouraging to hear that other people get great results the first time.
Next, to StarBrite,
I am so sorry you are having trouble with the flushes. One thing you might try is using almond oil instead of olive (cold pressed of course) I used it for my flush and did not have any trouble with keeping it down, and it seemed to work, though I did not have great results, I don't think it had to do with the oil, but more with it being the first time and liver not being ready to release.
I used magnesium Citrate, however, that did not stay down well at all. I think it was because the only kind I could find (and it may be the only kind you can get) had sparkling water in it and gave me a gassy stomach. As far as the taste, etc...It was not that bad, better than Epsom Salts . Though I found it too acidic for my taste and will use Epsom Salts in juice next time (tomorrow I think). The upside is that I only needed to use half a bottle divided into two doses, one the night of the oil and one next morning. I used too much the first time and had a little incident. But you could try that instead and it is not too expensive and can be found pretty much anywhere. (they make a different flavor, lemon I think, also.
The other suggestion that I would make is that you may be so nervous tht you block yourself from letting the cleanse work. For me, that is a big part of why I didn't get as good results. I was nervous and stayed emotionally clenched because of it and consequently, held on to my stones at the same time. I will be more emotionally ready next time and should see better results. Maybe not but it is what I expect to have happen for me. Good Luck, Laura
