Kozmo, I too have had constipation problems all my life, literally since childhood. This year, I've tried psyllium, a high fiber colon cleanser, Homozon and am now on Barefoot's Lower Bowel Balance. Finally, FINALLY, I am starting to actually feel my peristolic action working! Barefoot's formula isn't just a colon cleanser, it's a bowel tract rebuilder formula (original formula from Dr John R Christopher). Along with the alleviation of constipation has gone most all of my liver pain. This says alot to me about all disease beginning in the bowels!
