20 flushes done now and never took any ornitine, just adjusted the timing to fit my regular bedtime. There's no way I can fall asleep at 10 p.m., too early. I've only had one rough night this way.
I also never took Black-Walnut tincture or HCl, the oil and juice combo alone works just as fine. I did use ginger to help with nausea a few times (candied ginger is a real treat).
If you wake up too early, you can try to fall asleep again, but I've only woken during night if I need to visit the bathroom, then just back to bed and sleep on.
