The first time I did Master-Cleanse (10 day cleanse about a year ago), I did not exercise during. Had great results, felt wonderful.
However, the next time I cleansed (6 day cleanse about 3 months later), I continued my normal exercise (jogging about 3 miles/day) and I felt horrible. Especially during exercise- had trouble breathing and my chest felt very tight. Couldn't make it to the 10th day.
Do you think the exercise was causing the difference? I also wonder if maybe I did the cleanses too close together and that caused the difference?
Please let me know if any of you exercise (and what kind, how long, how often) during the cleanse. Any of your experiences would be very helpful to me!
