Another CZ person and I bought 12 bottles at one time split them. She needed 6 and I only need 3 capsules for cleaning. So start low. I only take them at night once in a while for cleaning. Since for other reasons, I need the oxygen, I take one in the middle of the day or sometimes at night on an empty stomach.
