olive oil in capsules is kind of pricey---and you have to take a ton of them
I'd give the coke classic for the oil portion only a try first
and encapsulate the salts yourself and it should be reasonable and stay down!
that's what worked for us....we don't take any chances and take 4 aloe vera capsules at oil time just to be sure.
