Well these supposed called spring water might be just rebadged tap water. I've read about it somewhere. The problem with the spring water is that their volume output from the source is too minimal to guarantee the sell factor on market.

To answer your question, no, it's not OK, cause distilled water behaves like a sponge. It might work if you overload yourself with trace minerals from other sources, but alas, our bodies cannot sustain an overload of trace minerals because they are also regulated (the excess is eliminated) by the lymphatic system and the kidneys. So there's no other way to get water and not suffer any side effects by mistreating the water/human body.
