I did say colloidal silver in the eyes. They do it to infants so I figured that it was safe. I would not do it for long term though.
For stress reduction - Magnesium 5oomg in morning & 5oomg at night is very calmimg. The b vitamins especially b6 & zinc. Deep breathing, yoga, or any kind of excercise will also do alot to calm the nerves. Taking baths in epsom salt at night will calm the entire body & stop the itching. Benadryl is great to stop an itching frenzy.
Massage gently & lovingly with oil you feel most comfortable with. Shea butter is very moisturizing & non irritating for me. Calendula salve, yellow dock salve, avacado oil, have all worked well also. It is best to moisturize from inside out by taking flaxseed oil, fish oil, or Ultra Omega, 3-6-9, which is Borage, Fish, Flax.
