Storing the pickling lime water.

Dear Moreless et al,

I am making the pickling lime water out of calcium hydroxide, and will be making a batch up. Would it be ok to store this in plastic? Or would any potential reaction between the solution and the plastic bottles be an issue? Would glass be a better medium?
