got some questions

So I did my first flush and i read about some egg flush and was going to try that out, anyone try it?... it's somewhere on the forums. And I'm wondering if anyone has bathed in epsom salt... if so did your water change colors after a couple baths cause I've been bathing like mad in that stuff and the water kind of has a greenish/brown tinge to it.
