Order of cleanses or combining cleanses

Hello Humaworm,

First of all I am brand new to all of this. I discovered, I should say stumbled upon the fact, that I have a systemic candida overgrowth problem which I have been treating for the last 3 weeks with Threelac, a probiotic. I seem to be having good results and am feeling better. However, I want to do a parasite cleanse and a bowel cleanse too. Is there a particular order to using these cleanses? Threelac warns not to use any antibacterials while using their product as they can kill the probiotics. I would really like to do your parasite and bowel cleanses but am concerned about doing everything all at once. Thanks! Tweet
