Hello - It does all get very confusing at times! HUMAWORM parasite cleanse will destroy all bacteria in the body - good and bad. In my experience, the best thing to do for candida is just to totally kill it all out of the body. The body will then replenish the correct levels from food - although some people do take probiotics after a cleanse to replenish good bacteria quicker.

It is important to have regular bowel movements before starting a parasite cleanse - this is so that the parasites and toxins can be quickly removed from the body. HUMAWORM has bowel/colon helpers included in the formula so that the bowels are cleansed at the same time as parasites are being removed.
