what does this mean?? and which way do most of you prefer??

Hi everyone,
just started the oil pulling about 5 days ago (love it thus far) but as I keep skimming around the forums and like so I was reading about the time in which to oil pull...sometimes I read that its done for 20 minutes (which is what i do) but then i read that its not good to go that long but rather incramins of 5-7 minutes (such as 4 swishes in a row for 5 minutes long) which is the right way? which is better? has anyone tried both ways and found one superior over the other? Okay one last question which is important to me: what does the really pure white milky mean after spitting the 20 minute oil out? Mine is always really really bright white milky? what does that mean?
